Can other dealers see my owner’s details?
No. Plot/house number, owner name and phone, your purchase price, commission and notes stay in your account. Each network sees only the level you choose for it.
Is it free?
Joining networks is always free. The Free plan also lets you run one network with up to 25 members and 25 active listings. Paid plans are for running bigger networks.
Do I need to leave my WhatsApp groups?
No. Copy WhatsApp-ready text for any listing and post it in your groups. The text includes only what that network is allowed to see.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. KeepPooling works in the browser on any phone and installs like an app. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen to get push notifications.
Who can join my network?
Only dealers you invite or approve. You can share an invite link, review join requests, and make trusted members admins to help.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. You can renew from the Billing page in the app at any time.
